Can I buy a monthly Express Detailing package?

No. However, Wash Club members can add an Express/Deluxe Detailing package at the pay station. Wash Club members receive a discount when adding the Express Detailing package at the pay station.

Do I need an appointment for an interior clean?

No appointment needed, first come first serve basis

Do you take my car through the wash?

No, you stay in your vehicle through the tunnel and will be guided in to our cleaning bay once complete

Does Express Detailing include car wash?

All Express Detailing packages include a complimentary “Protect” car wash package. After using our state-of-the-art car wash, our trained staff will complete the Express Detailing.

How can I pay?

We accept debit, credit and gift cards. Card payments and gift cards can be made at the "Interior" pay station.

How do I get an Interior?

Pull up to the interior lane (far left), you can pay right at the paystation. At the end of the wash there will be someone waiting to guide you in to our cleaning bays

How long will the Express Detailing process take?

Express Detailing takes approximately 15 minutes.
Deluxe Detailing takes approximately 30 minutes.

How often should I clean the inside of my vehicle?
That depends on several factors, such as seasonality (winter brings in more salt and dirt) and lifestyle (work trucks bring in more dirt and debris than a commuter car).
Should I remove my personal belongings before getting my vehicle cleaned?

We recommend placing your belongings in the glove box, centre console or in the trunk. Not only will this keep your items safe, but it allows us to spend more time cleaning.

What are the hours of operation for the Express Detailing service?

Our Express Detailing service is typically open Monday – Saturday, 9am – 6pm. Holiday hours may affect this.

What is Express Detailing?

The Express Detailing service aims to clean the areas inside your car that tend to get the most dirty. The objective is to clean as much of the interior as possible within a short period of time, saving you time and money.

What is the difference between Express and Deluxe?

The amount of time (15 mins Vs 30 mins) and we use an extractor to shampoo your carpets and mats – Deluxe is a better clean.

When can I use the free vacuums?

You're welcome to use our free vacuums during regular business hours (Mon - Sat, 9am - 6pm). Vacuums are not turned on when the car wash is closed.

Do I have to be a member to use the free vacuums and mat cleaners?

No, vacuums and mat cleaners are always free – you do not have to be a member

Do you clean mats?

We have free mat cleaners at our vacuum stations (seasonally), or our Express Detailing service offers this and more..

How do you know which wash package I have when I go through the wash?

Back license plate recognition, each license plate has it’s own wash package attached to it.  

How many times can I wash my vehicle if I have a membership?

You only need to wash 3 times in the month to save money, however, it is an unlimited wash

Is your wash touchless?

Do I need to arrange a ride to get my rental car?

We wont leave you with out a ride. We will set up a rental or offer our shuttle, which you situation we have you covered.

Do I need to book an appointment for an estimate?

Yes, you would need an appointment for an estimate. We have a great virtual solution if you follow the “book appointment” Icon we can help you right now!

Do we apply undercoating?

No, unfortunately paint and undercoating products don’t work well together.

Do we do full paint and restoration?

No, restoration is not something we do. Collision and small cosmetic repair are what we focus on. Quick turn around, time and quality is what we do, restoration is a different business model. We would be happy to help point you in the right direction. Please call or book an appointment and we will help where we can.

Do we do PDR or Paintless Dent Repair or “Pull dents out with a sucky thing”?

The answer is yes! PDR is a great way to cut cost and time if the paint isn’t damaged and the damage isn’t to big or sharp. Please follow the “book appointment” and we will make that door ding disappear!

Do we do rust repairs?

Yes, but we don’t repair, just replace of the panel. If you have parts that are rusted we can replace them with a factory part no problem, but we don’t repair them. (unless it is from a stone chip and not pitted) rust in door seems, wheel wells or rockers all need replacement. Book an appointment and we can better understand your needs and help you get there.

Do we install window tint and 3M bras?

Unfortunately this isn’t something we do any more. But we use to, sorry.

Do you offer a warranty for the work performed?

Yes, we offer a warranty on all the body work performed on your vehicle for as long as you own that vehicle. Our work is warrantied through CSN Collision Centres and is recognized nationwide.

How long does it take to fix my car?

The length of repair varies by the size of the repair and parts availability. A small repair on a bumper is normal 2 days.

How long does the estimate take?

In person appointments take about 30mins, but you can use our virtual process from you driveway and get a quote with in 3 or 4 business hours.

How much is an estimate?

We don’t charge for estimates, often we can help you right from your driveway with our virtual appointments.

What to do in case of an accident?

Try to stay calm. Check to make sure everyone is ok, and call 911 immediately if there are any injuries. If it is safe to do so, leave your vehicle where it is and use your phone to take photos of the scene. Obtain the information of everyone involved in the accident. This includes driver’s license, insurance information, full vehicle information including license plate number. Also collect passengers names, and contact information.

Will you be using all factory parts on my car?

This is one of the many things that set us apart! We work closely with your manufacturer to get you factory parts, even if your insurance won’t pay for factory. We can often (over 90% of time) still get you a factory part at the lesser amount keeping both you and your insurance happy!

Will you paint my parts?

Yes we would be happy to paint your parts, but only if it is a factory part. We would be happy to install it as well if you would like. Please call or book an appointment online before buying parts, we can supply the parts at the same cost as the dealer (which is were we buy from as well) but saves you the hassle of bring us the part.

Auto Glass

Do I need to call my Insurance before Zenetec?

Not at all, we would be glad to take this step off your plate. We will need your provider and policy number to get started.

Do you change the wiper blades?

We can. We offer wiper blades, and Aquapel treatments as a package for $50.

Do you warranty auto glass replacements?

Yes, at Zenetec we stand behind every windshield we install. If there are any issues with the installation of your windshield or any other glass we have installed on your vehicle, we will repair it free of charge, for as long as you own your vehicle. This includes stone chip repairs as well. If the damage is not repairable, a new windshield will be needed, which is not covered by warranty.

Does my car get cleaned after a glass replacement?

How do you repair a stone chip?

We inject a pressurized resin to the damage, this increases the strength of the windshield and reduces the visibility of the damage.

How long does it take to have a repair done?

Usually you are in and out within 30 minutes.

Is it possible to have more than one chip repaired?

Yes our price includes all the chips that need repair – please expect a longer wait time if repairing multiple areas.

My Vehicle has ADAS, do you provide calibration?

Yes we do, our dealership partners complete your calibration to ensure it is done correctly as your manufacturer intended.

Where is my VIN#?

Your VIN is a 17 digit alphanumeric code that can be found:

  • On your insurance certificate
  • On your Vehicle Registration
  • Bottom Corner of Windshield
  • Inside your Driver’s Side Door
Will the damage show after the repair?

It is possible to still see the imperfection once the repair is done. Some chips repair better than others.
